My role bridges traditional engineering and emerging digital solutions, ensuring infrastructure evolves to meet changing public needs, environmental pressures, and the demand for resilient, future-ready transport systems. I am passionate about ensuring transport drives prosperity for people and enables places to thrive.

Over my career, I have delivered complex, multidisciplinary programmes across the public and private sectors. This includes leading some of the first trials of Connected and Autonomous Vehicles on UK roads, ensuring they were delivered safely by aligning safety and cyber security disciplines. I am also proud to have overseen partnerships with the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise sector to deliver biodiversity and active travel enhancements across England.

Having been born and raised in Hartford and returning to Northwich in 2023, I care deeply about the success of Northwich, Winsford and Middlewich. Outside work you’ll find me exploring Cheshire Central’s green playground - cycling through its villages or running along the River Weaver, all while introducing my young son to the places I grew up.

Through the Cheshire Central Partnership, I aim to strengthen the region’s voice, champion investment at a UK level, and support efforts to unlock sustainable, inclusive economic growth for the communities who live here.
