With more than two decades of experience in economic development, public sector transformation, and sustainable place-making, I have dedicated my career to creating prosperous, inclusive communities and supporting local government in delivering positive change.

My career highlights include securing over £100m in public funding for regeneration and infrastructure projects, leading the award-winning Connecting Cheshire digital programme, and developing strategies that have successfully unlocked investment, fostered innovation, and delivered net zero ambitions. I bring extensive experience in building cross-sector partnerships, aligning stakeholders, and translating strategic vision into impactful action—skills gained through leadership roles with local authorities, enterprise boards, and innovation consortia.

Having lived and worked in the region for much of my life, I am passionate about helping Cheshire Central realise its ambition to be a thriving, connected, and sustainable economic powerhouse at the heart of the UK. I am excited to join the Cheshire Central Board at this pivotal moment, supporting the delivery of its vision to drive clean growth, enhance connectivity, and create opportunities for all communities. My aim is to champion collaborative approaches, harness local strengths, and help position Cheshire Central as a leader in regional growth and innovation.

Outside of work, I am a rugby coach, chair the Weaver Trust, and mentor those pursuing careers in the built environment.
