Having 30 years’ experience in the building services industry in both public and private sector, we support businesses and local authority entities assisting them in managing their facilities through improvement and compliance projects helping them to create a safe & efficient environment.

After 21 years working in social housing from starting out as a joiner and then progressing onto a building surveyor, working within a property investment team overseeing high value building improvement contracts, in 2016, after many great years, I decided to leave the social housing sector to start up my own business within the private sector industry and have led my business to grow year on year.

Away from my work, I am the Board chair of the Winsford Industrial Estate BID which is an organisation that manages investment and improvements for Winsford Industrial Estate and has recently achieved a 99% approval rate for its fifth five-year term, securing £800k+ in investment for the estate through to 2031.

Having grown up, schooled, worked, lived, and raised children in Winsford, I have a real passion for the area and am determined to see it thrive and develop into an area of opportunity for everyone. This is why I was so enthusiastic to get involved with the Cheshire Central project and through collaboration, I hope to bring my experience to the project to position Cheshire Central exactly where it deserves to be!
