I lead the strategic development of the business, with a focus on service quality, team development, and the expansion of both NHS and private eye care services across Cheshire.

I began my career in advertising sales before retraining as a Dispensing Optician. I progressed through clinical and leadership roles before becoming a Director in 2017. My experience spans community healthcare, business development and communications, with a particular interest in how organisations build trust, visibility and long-term relationships within their communities.

I live in the Northwich area and have strong personal and professional ties to the Cheshire Central area. As a resident, parent and business person, I’m passionate about the role that local services, businesses and place identity play in creating opportunity, wellbeing and economic confidence.

Through my involvement with the Cheshire Central Partnership Board, I aim to contribute to strengthening how the region is positioned as a place to live, work and invest. I’m particularly interested in helping to bring together businesses, public services and community organisations around a shared, positive narrative for the area’s future.
