I lead a membership organisation representing over 630 businesses, championing their interests and ensuring they have a strong and credible voice locally and nationally.

I bring substantial senior leadership and commercial experience from 17 years at NatWest, most recently as Director of Business Banking. In that role, I supported thousands of businesses across multiple sectors, helping them navigate growth, change and uncertainty. I have been a long standing supporter of the Chamber, serving as a Board Member before becoming CEO in February 2024.

With deep roots in the region, I am passionate about strengthening the businesses and communities that underpin the local economy. My key areas of interest include skills development, business confidence and infrastructure—factors I believe are vital to long term economic resilience. I am also committed to celebrating business success and promoting collaboration as a driver of growth.

Through my involvement with Cheshire Central, I aim to use my experience, insight and networks to help shape a thriving, inclusive business environment where the voice of local business is heard, valued and acted upon.
