I bring experience across the youth, education and sport sectors, having worked with local authorities, funders, delivery partners and boards to turn ambition into meaningful impact. I’ve played a key role in planning, developing and supporting major community assets, combining strategic oversight with a practical understanding of day to day operations. Collaboration is central to how I work, and I am passionate about building long term partnerships that unlock opportunities for young people and their communities.

I have strong personal and professional ties to Cheshire and a real commitment to supporting place based impact. Outside work, I try to keep life active and balanced. I’m a keen golfer—always hopeful of improving my handicap—and I make time to stay fit, usually to justify the occasional treat. As a lifelong Manchester City supporter, I’ve learned to enjoy both the highs and the nail biting moments. Most of all, I love watching my children pursue their passions, which I find endlessly inspiring.
